This talk was very well received in Bath in 2011 and so has been bought to Bristol so that more can benefit from it.

If you are a marketer in a leadership role, an individual building a marketing business or are involved in collaborative ideas generation and Client management you will find this a valuable session.

Our speaker, Mark Baptist, is a former marketing director who for many years worked for Unilever and has been a consultant with PWC.He now runs Pace Change Management helping businesses such as Sony, Virgin and WWAV successfully implement change focusing on the nurturing of talent and ideas.

On Tuesday 10th January in Bristol he will talk about how to effectively generate ideas, create consensus and deliver change.  Based on years of academic research and tailored to the needs of the Marketing industry this will be an interactive, practical and thought provoking session.

What you will learn can be directly applied to brainstorming and facilitation skills, selling, Client management, business strategy and leadership.  It will help you understand and apply practical changes to your own behaviour and those around you, to improve business performance and to build and manage teams.
